I SENT IN A $37.00 FEE FOR SOMETHING THAT I WAS UNAWARE OF WHAT IT REALLY WAS. I HAD THE IMPESSION IT WAS A FEE FOR A CREDIT CARD BUT IT TURNED OUT THAT IT WAS FOR SOMETHING ELSE THAT I WAS UNAWARE OF AND I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND THE PEOPLE I SPOKE TO WERE VERY RUDE AND VERY INCONSIDERATE.
