Barclays Bank, which markets credit cards such as Air Jamaica MasterCard, Century 21 MasterCard, Farm Bureau Bank MasterCard, Frontier Airlines MasterCard, U.S. Airways MasterCard, and also under the name of Juniper Bank, offers a toll-free number, 800-307-0341, to call to apply for their credit cards and to inquire about a previous application.

Calling this number and selecting option "1" to apply for a credit card, your call may be answered promptly. But it could also fail to be answered even if you wait for hours.

Nobody knows how long this has been going on, and Barclays Bank doesn't seem to care. They've allowed it to continue even after a report has been filed with their Network Operations Center.
