I took payment protection and paid for it. Then I had a 5 month disability and they did not make payments for three months causing my balance to go over my limit and then I had the responsibility for the over limit fees each month plus the late fees for the three months added to my balance!

By the time I could pay again the balance was rediculous and to this day one year later there is no good resolution. They took off three late fees and none of the over limit fees!

Also, I made a payment over the phone and they posted it the nest day causing me to have a late fee even though I did make the payment on time! They will not remove it and this is all on my credit records causing me not to be able to get any other credit (the 5 months last year on on my credit history as being my fault)
