I have to admit that I'm going to be pretty miffed with any company that won't receive customer service inquiries over the phone... my experience with email is that it's extremely frustrating, both because it isn't timely, and because the odds of getting the question you asked actually answered are somewhere in the hundredths of a percent.

If response time were on the order of an hour or so, this might actually be somewhat tenable, but a 10-day response? They have really got to be kidding. I've flown ATA, and I don't have any particular quarrels with their operations or service, but seeing that they aren't willing to try any harder than this, I would have to advise people to avoid ATA Airlines. Boy are they clueless!
