Add Us to Your Trusted Senders List Many Internet Service Providers (ISPs) offer filtering systems to keep unwanted emails out of your inbox. Sometimes, these systems filter out email that you want or need.
In order to ensure that you receive a response to your email, you may add SBC family of companies to your list of trusted senders in your email application.
If you need help, call or email your ISP's tech support and ask for instructions on how to "whitelist," or allow you to receive, all emails about SBC services.
SBC services are provided by the "SBC Family of Companies", comprisinng AT&T and several dozen other companies. But who's supposed to figure out what addresses to add to the whitelist? Apparently SBC has decided that it's too much trouble to figure that out, so they suggest you ask your ISP to figure it out???
