linked from Direct Buy web search for Direct Buy
A search at http://bbb.org for "Direct Buy" returns 50 hits, almost all of them for different locations. About 90% of them are listed as BBB members.

What, if anything, can we learn from this?

One of the ways a business can remain in good standing with the BBB is to have a "satisfaction guaranteed" policy and to comply with that policy. DirectBuy representatives claim to have such a policy, e.g.:

“We have no unhappy members,” Sunil Ippagunta states. “If you are unhappy, we will work it out with you. We can work out any situation.”

But other DirectBuy franchisees have explained the failure to provide a refund to dissatisfied customers because the customer took too long to request the refund. Who are you going to believe???
