Customer Service Policy
FRS,Inc. customers don't need a reason to cancel within 3 business days and it is done with no hard feelings towards them at all. After the 3 days, we will listen to them and if it can be shown they were lied to or deceived in any way, then we will still make a full refund or make the order right. We send a order verification to 1 out of every 4 and ask the customer if they are satisfied with it and they fill out several questions about the solicitor. The publishers do ask that subscribers wait at most 120 days befor inquirys.
Sales Agent Policy
The sales agents with FRS, Inc. all have a computer account and see their books every night after the day is done. They can request a check or cash for any amount over $200 that they have coming at any time. They can also get a print out of their earnings and expenses from any time period they choose in about 20 seconds. Any manager disputes between them and their manager are settled by the Company and if that doesn't satisfy everyone then we take it Better Business Bureau abritration. However, it has never gone that far, and matter of fact since the company's inception there has been no complaints along those lines.
National Field Selling Association Membership
Fidelity Reader Service is a member of the National Field Selling Association. NFSA is a trade orgainization designed to educate the people in the field sales arena in good business ethics, and each seminar is open to the public and such speakers as Dr. Larry Stone, and many others have come to these seminars to about business ethics, morals and motivation.
