As received by the Cagey Consumer:
I called First Premier Bank and told them that there was a charge on my account I did not make. I asked what this was for, I was told for some credit watch kinda thing?
I was puzzled by this. I explained to him I had no need for such a service, since I work for a legal agent that pulled credit all day. I could pull mine at anytime if I needed to.
He seemed unconcerned about this and said to just circle the charge when I get my statement in the mail and write on the back that I didn't make this charge.
I then went looked at my online statement saw that I had been charged an "over the limit" fee. I CAN'T UNDERSTAND HOW COMPANIES OPERATE LIKE THIS AND GET AWAY WITH IT!
