I received a call from them at that time promising that they would send me a credit card after directly withdrawing the money from my savings. It was promised that I would receive the card within 30 days and after hearing nothing, I called them. Still, they promised that I would be getting this card but things were very backed up and that I would hear something soon.
The next time I tried to call, I got a recorded message that said that the number I was calling was not accepting phone calls from my area code. They blocked my calls!!! After doing some research, I found a new number to call and spoke to a supervisor who, after much arguing, promised that my refund would be returned to my account in 10 business days.
It has been alomost 2 years and that money has yet to show up. The second number that I acquired was also blocked and I have no idea what to do. If you have any suggestions to help me out, that would be wonderful. If not, thanks for listening. I have been trying to get someone to listen for the last two years.
