One month earlier this year (2004) we overlooked the bill and missed a payment. We missed a $7 payment (after 7 years) and they reported it to the credit bureaus! Now we have this negative entry on our credit that will last seven years.
They of course had the legal right to do so, but I cannot conceive of a reason for them to do this. What profit is in it for them to report their customers so quickly and mercilessly?
Please let others know how they will be treated by this bank
