Hello Everyone, I have finally finished reading all the opinions good and bad. I just wanted to add that I am hopefully going into DIQ at the end of this month and I really appreciate the information regarding what is involved to maintain a director statues. I came into this business with small business management education so I know what is involved in running a successful business. I really feel sorry for the ladies that have been misled and end up leaving MK. But I also feel that everyone that comes into MK has to be over 18 assuming that they know what running a business means. Several women do not have a clue what it takes to survive in the business owner world. Why is it that most of the top MK people are already successful or well educated? They know that they have to do what others won't to have what others will never have! I personally go out looking for women who want to be business owners. If I have to convince you that you NEED this, then you are going to be motivated enough. True women who are looking for a business of there own are already researching business plans, raising capital, looking for store locations, and expecting to work night and day to make it work. When I show them there is another way, they jump on it. The average business may take up to 5 years to see a profit. Even if you invest a 3000 in MK and it takes you a year to see a real profit, that is GREAT! Why is it that women expect so many rewards in such a short period of time and without hard work? Today the average woman who is making 6 figures in a company has invested at least 6 years of education and over 100K to get the salary that she has. Women in MK drop out after a year or two because they don't see the big bucks. It was stated earlier that some people have warped expectations. I know that people are misled into this company but I don't understand how people can not be smart enough to do the RESEARCH before signing there name on a dotted line. I have been in this business for 6 months and so far I have earned a vacation and a saphire ring from my director. This is just extra for me because I am money motivated and my sales and commissions are what I work for. I started recruiting 2 months ago and last month I approached my first stranger about the career oppertunity. Yes, I felt like I was going to throw up, yes I was scared to death, and finally after getting that lead I went to the next and then so on. Now I spend one solid hour a day getting at least 5 leads. Some will jump on board some will not, I don't have time to lie, convince, trick, or chase anyone. If you are wise enough to know that you can start your own business for $350 (starter kit and active order) and build from there then you are a teammember that I want. If not, thank you for time and good luck in your life adventure.

If anyone has a terrible director find a new one. My director was sick with food poisioning when I called for help and I told her to get some rest and she insisted on helping me with a problem. Now that is a true leader and soldier. I hope to be like that and I hope to truly help women who want my help. I hope I didn't offend anyone who has had a real bad experience but successful businesses are no cake walk.

Hi DIQ...I have fond memories, up to a point of my DIQ. When we are recruited in this business with the likes of the marketing plan as presented by Cindy Williams, I do not think that these are savvy business minded women she is talking to. These are gals who enter upon excitement and possibility, which, are great, but little said about the work involved, or the perpetual need for new recruits to sustain your success. Please don't generalize that people who left didn't want to work, they didn't like the work and had directors or acquaintenances not as chummie as yours and also, didn't realize ANY profit no matter what kind of effort they showed. I wish you luck in your venture and hope it is profitable.
