The one thing that disturbs me is that there ARE women who want to do MK and have bad credit or dont own a home and have the financial means and these women are sometimes kicked to the curb by recruiters. Its almost like the rich get richer theory. I think if someone truly wants it they will have it because there are women who do have the means to get the 3,600.00 orders and then like a lot of us have done in the past or now they dont do anything with it so I can agree that its up to the person and their drive. I cannot agree with the theory that if you put in an 1800 and you are doing 3 classes a week that you will run out quickly that is true IF you have people buying Miracle sets and Timewise but every class is not a 300.00 class some of them are going to be 75.00 classes and sometimes zero its happened to everybody out there. I dont trust someone who tells me they always have a 200-300 class. I think if the directors took as much or almost as much time and care with the little orders like they do the big ones they will see a rise in their production. A lot of directors DO this because they know they are only as good as their people. Without those consultants the directors wouldnt be anywhere. Im wondering if corporate is thinking about making things a little better I know that in sales that turnover is high in any company but the turnover in MK is extremely high and I think they do want to keep consultants. In the back of my mind I think that they are going to do different things every year this compamy has always done things to make things better so depending on the economy and the way things work Im sure they will do more things to make more people want to join. It seems to me recruiting got better when people lost their jobs but I think the economy is going to do a turnaround and we will see even better things from this company. The foundation is there and it always has been I sure would like to know what they have in store for us. Nothing much has really changed but Im sure that they will have better guidelines and as long as we have Nationals around they will have more input as time goes on, Stephanie
