My Director and Recruiter signed my agreement online without my permission.... Is there anyway to fight it? Or am I stuck being a consultant? I wanted to leave her and sign up under a less evil Director because I had never signed any paperwork....come to find out she did it for me!!!!!

Rebekah,

Call customer service or your sales development team. This gal will get a strong warning against doing that because they are severely cracking down on those online agreements. You have to be in the presence of the person or email it to them to have them fill it out. One gal just lost the court of recruiting because they asked if she ever filled out agreements for the person. Come to find out she had the signed sheet but went ahead and did it online and this gal is very sweet and honest so she told them the truth. It's a contract and it must be filled out by you and the one the company receives, whether it's paper or internet, has to be the original completed by you. Go ahead and call the sales development first, they are your best source. Customer Service will give you that number and cust. serv. is (800) 272-9333 Take Care, Wendy T.
