Response/question for Mary Kay Opinion 218

I have called the company and tried to get a girl resigned that had returned product and they told me NO, she could not resign? So, what are the details? How did you do it? Thanks for any help. Kelly

Go join user MK-Off-Beat at domain yahoogroups.com and pose your question if you do not get an answer here. You can check their past posts to find the one which has a procedure. I recall reading that it had to be at least 5 yrs since the inventory was returned, then a letter was to be sent explaining the reason it was returned ( and as I understand, it has to be a good reason)....then IF they allow you to return, you are to come in with at least an $1800 inventory (that'd be my first indication NOT to do it), then they monitor you to see if you are continuing to order/sell, whatever they call it. That's what I read about it......the Complaint Station also had some dialogue about this stating that they were allowing it more and more. But, TCS is no longer on-line, heard it might have been hacked by a hacker. It's not a flat out NO, done deal, but with some, it might be, depends on the circumstances.
