Wanted to let any former directors scanning this site know that in addition to the wonderful site Eli has created here - there is a Yahoo group set up specifically for FORMER MK directors who really need a place to go heal. For consultants/directors also, I've also made a group called MKSurvivors on Yahoo - it's nice to be able to talk this thru with others and not get our opinions dismissed. It's a hard thing to come out of Mary Kay, shoot, you can even see how hard it is to even talk about what we saw on the boards. Most want to dismiss us, label us and basically call us liars, but that's just not so - what happens in MK is real - why they continue to condone it and not do something about all the cheating going on and the getting ahead on the backs of consultants is beyond me - so anyway, there are a couple of refuges to come to on the internet - Lord knows, that for us negative nellies - we have very very few. It's called "Been There, Done That Sisters" and is a really nice place to share the directors 'secrets'. It's a survivor club also.
