I feel that Mary Kay Cosmetics Corportation discriminates against some Mary Kay Consultants while overlooking the same actions of other Mary Kay Cosmetics Consultants.
My wife was selling Mary Kay Cosmetics via the internet only by creating a web site which would redirect them to her Mary Kay site for the purchase of products. They told her there had been complaints against her and the web site. We were forced to take down the web site.
Since my wife was terminated (forced out) by Mary Kay Cosmetics Corporation, I have attempted to make them follow their own rules by making all Mary Kay Cosmetics Consultants remove their Internet Presence, but they continue to say they are working diligently on a case by case basis. Well this is unacceptable!
It took only a few months to run my wife off of the internet and out of the company and even though I provide Mary Kay Corportation with the exact Mary Kay Consultants names, addresses, phone numbers, the links to the web site violations, the presence of these web sites and web site links continue to remain month after month. Additionally, the violations continue to happen in their own back yard in Dallas, Texas which I have brought to their attention more than once.
Needless to say, my wife doen't work for Mary Kay Cosmetics any longer and is looking to go with another cosmetics company who doesn't pick and choose who they will apply their rules to and who hasn't remained in the 1950's mentality of door-to-door sales when the average town was 30,000 people.
