I ordered cell phone service from a telemarketer, with service to be provide by Sprint PCS.
A few days later, I received the phone, and a couple of days after that, an envelope containing the paperwork with the following return address:
National Wireless Solutions
The papers inside says the agreement is with "National Fulfillment Solutions", though the logon on the agreement refers to them as "National Wireless Solutions Inc." Brochures included refer to them as "National Fulfillment Center". Confused? You should be.
The State of Florida's corporate names page at http://www.sunbiz.org/corpweb/inquiry/corinam.html shows the following as the officer/director detail:
BIRKETT, RUSSELL
So it appears they have rented Suite 363 at two different locations on Alafaya Woods Blvd. But the fun doesn't end there.
The principal address is shown as:
140 ALEXANDRIA BLVD.
while the registered agent is shown as:
RUSSELL BIRKETT
So the registered agent's suite number is the same as the principal office suite number, at a different building on the same street. Will these coincidences ever cease?
This business was originally incorporated in August 2003; evidently the corporate status lapsed and was reinstated earlier this month, on December 3, 2004.
