Sometimes, people will offer their Natural Choice USA vending business for sale, with machines already placed on location.
Having the machines placed should be a plus, since finding acceptable locations can be a problem. Additionally, an existing business reducing the uncertainty associated with the business... that is, assuming the financials of the business are made available.
This auction is for a small vending business located in Buffalo Grove, Illinois (60089 - suburb North of Chicago). The business currently has three (3) Antares Refreshment Center Vending Machines (see description below) installed at locations in Buffalo Grove, all are located a short distance from one another, are operational and generating a profit. The machines were purchased about 18 months ago and all but one drink machine have been on location for over a year. There have been no equipment service issues with the units at any time during their time on location and all are in excellent condition.
Items included in this auction are all three customer accounts, all of the Antares vending machines and a number of other items described below. Each Antares Refreshment Center includes:
A DRINK MACHINE that offers 7 different drink selections with a capacity of 175 twelve ounce cans.
A SNACK MACHINE that offers 9 different selections of snack items with a capacity of 125 to 140 items, depending on the size of the item.
A DOLLAR BILL CHANGER that holds $100 worth of change with an adjustable pay out of 4 quarters or 3 quarters, 2 dimes and 1 nickel.
The Drink Machine, Snack Machine and Dollar Bill Changer all fit together on a common base to form one compact vending system that is 55" high X 28" wide X 28" deep. The total assembled unit weighs 251 Lbs.
All mounting hardware, instruction manuals, price stickers, keys and flavor cards are included.
This auction also includes one Antares floor mounting stand for a stand alone snack machine installed at one of the sites, as well as the Antares Video service manuals for the machines and the Antares Natural Choice training videos.
Soft goods inventory (snacks and beverages) as well as any cash that may be in the machines and / or the dollar bill changers at the time of sale is not included in this auction and will be removed prior to transfer of ownership.
While all materials sold in this auction are in very good shape, the fact remains that they have been used by customers for over a year and so are being sold "AS-IS" with no warranty expressed or implied. Also, while all three locations have been profitable, the vending business can be seasonal to some extent and the volume of vending business can vary proportionally to the clients business volume (and number of workers). No guarantee of sales or profit levels for this business are expressed or implied.
Please remember that with the exception of one drink machine, all the vending machines included in this auction are installed at customer’s locations. If the winner of this auction chooses to close the account and remove the equipment from the location they must do so at their own cost. The winner must pick up all equipment not at or left at customer’s sites. If the auction winner desires assistance in the closing of accounts and shipping the machines to an alternate location I would consider doing so for an additional fee (to be determined), again, the buyer will pay all packing, shipping and transportation fees.
