Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the http://edumacation.com and http://cageyconsumer.com web sites.

1. Personally identifiable information collected:
   • first name
   • last name
   • email address
2. Parties with whom this information is shared:
   • The information collected through the registration process (with the exception of the password) is posted on a web page which is generally accessible to web site visitors.
   • The email address is posted in a form that is expected to discourage harvesting.
   • Notwithstanding the availability of this information through the web site, the information is not routinely shared with third parties.
3. Process for requesting changes to such information:
   • Registered users may update their information by editing the web page containing this information.
   • Each user is assigned a username when they register. By default, this will consist of the first name and the last name, joined together, with the first letter of the first and last name capitalized. For instance, a user registered as "John Doe" would have a default username of JohnDoe
   • A registered user can access his own page by replacing UserName in the following url: http://edumacation.com/User/UserName
4. Process for notification of changes to this policy:
   • Changes to this privacy policy will be posted to this page.
   • If you require notification of changes to this policy, send email to user mantel at domain hotmail.com
5. Effective date of policy: July 1, 2004
