These folks are doing automated telemarketing calls to residences offering free vacations... just answer 3 questions and they call you back with more details.
Basically it's the standard listen to their 90-minute sales pitch and get 3 day stay at junky hotel in Las Vegas.
The address given above (and the name Shell Resorts ) are provided on the initial automated call. As it turns out, this is actually the location of P&M Consulting, not Shell. Although the person who answered the phone at P&M Consulting stated that they're not doing the outbound telemarketing, it seems that they're responsible for making the initial automated call.
Shell Vacation Club was the name given by Tara when she called back the next day.
