Congratulations on your decision to accept our telephone invitation to visit our sales center and to learn more about the exciting and beneficial products offered by Shell Vacations. We are looking forward to the opportunity to tell you more about the Shell Vacations Club. We would like to confirm that your visit will take place at the time and location listed below.

The seller is SVC-West, L.P. (“Seller”). Seller is a California limited partnership, with an address of 2801 Leavenworth Ave., San Francisco, CA 94133. The timeshare interest we offer is a membership in Shell Owners Club West. The Shell Owners Club-West provides members a membership in an owners association as well as a membership in the Shell Vacations Club, an exchange program. Members may stay in resorts owned by their owners association (currently 5 resorts located in San Francisco and Anaheim in California and in Clackamas County, Oregon) or at other resorts participating in the Shell Vacations Club. Seller has offered the following incentive in exchange for your attendance at a sales presentation:
A “Hawaiian Holiday” travel certificate good for two adults for two night accommodations, in an economy hotel room and two round-trip coach airline tickets to Honolulu, Hawaii departing from your choice of Los Angeles or San Francisco, California. As part of the certificate, there may be opportunities to extend your stay for additional fees (details, terms, and conditions of this certificate are attached to this offer).
Our sales presentation is designed to last for approximately 90 minutes; however, under certain circumstances it could last longer. For example, if you have a lot of questions, or decide to purchase a membership, the sales presentation and paperwork would probably last longer than 90 minutes. However, you will be entitled to receive your incentive after 90 minutes if you so choose.
You and your spouse must meet the following qualifications to be eligible for the incentive: 1) you and your spouse (if applicable) have a combined Gross Annual Income of at least $40,000 2) you or your spouse have not toured Shell Vacations Club within the last 12 months 3) you must bring, as proof of ID, one picture ID and one major credit card and 4) no children under the age of 8 are allowed in the presentation. If you and your spouse (if applicable) are eligible for the incentive, then you both must attend and complete the sales presentation at the designated time and place prior to receiving the above described incentive.
You must bring a copy of this letter, including all pages, with you to your presentation.
