I did a little more digging and found Market News Alert at the following address:

Their website: http://www.marketnewsalertonline.com is down, but that's where I found the address.

I called directory assistance for Sugarland and got the number: 281-242-6834. I called at 8:41 this morning. No one answered (maybe they weren't open yet) and got an answering machine that identified the company as "Consulting Publications." The recording advised to call the 1-877 number to have one's number removed from the fax queue and asks the caller to leave your name, address, and phone number info if you want a subscription to the newsletter.

Here's some additional contact info I found.... expect that it will probably be mostly dead ends as usual, though.
