I also have had problems with these people. I was supposed to have a 4 day hotel stay in Miami to find out three days before that they had canceled our trip because there was 9 dollars we owed and I had sent. BUT, conveniently they canceled the trip 2 days before they got the money.

Keep in mind I called the people and told them the money was on the way when I had sent it. I had ordered an extra night and had sent them 150 dollars. When I found out the lady said she was not going to give my money back but then finally said I could reschedule.

ANYWAYS, I'm supposed to be going in June to the hotel in Miami but I was wondering what I should do to make sure our plans are safe. Have you done anything about your horrid trip?
