what a joke!

i had to spend about $500.00, and didn't enjoy anything that they gave us.

when we got to our hotel, they didn't even know we were supposed to be there! after they made a call, they put us in the wrong room: we had oceanview not oceanfront. i called to complain so they moved us after all of the complaining!!!!!!

i was going to fix some coffee and the coffee pot was totally nasty !!!!!!! it would turn your stomach!!! also they put us in a room where there was construction going on. this wasn't a vacation, it was a nightmare !!!!!!!

i was required to put up a $50.00 deposit and that was to be returned to me when i arrived but not so true! so i called vacation ventures. they told me that i had to email them to get it back!

do you know how many vacation ventures on the net? quite a few! never gave me the email to do this ! so i guess i lost 50.00 and 500.00 and took the vacation to clean their condo !!!!!!!

this is something !!! this isn't right, to take working people's money and tell them they are getting a free vacation. the truth is you're not getting anything but a nightmare !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
