The first time I tried to book a flight, they called me and told me that it would be cheaper for me to book my own flight and not go through them. I said OK and did just that. I tried to book a flight for June 22nd 2007 and when I didn’t hear anything from the company, I called them and they refused to help me over the phone. They told me I had to wait for someone to call me back because I had made the request on their website. It took them over a week to call me, only to tell me that I can’t fly the day I requested, I had to take what they offer as they are limited to what is offered to them through the airlines. I cancelled this request because I have to work and just can not fly to their schedule. I tried once again to book a flight for September. This time they called me back the day after I posted the request, telling me I can book the flight cheaper on my own.
This company is a joke!!! Here I only have one year to use this certificate and every time I call them, I get the runaround. Sure, I may be able to buy the ticket cheaper by only around $50.00, you are getting one ticket free so I don’t know how they think I can get it cheaper. They do not want to book any of these flights.
This is false advertising!! People need to be aware of this company. I can only imagine where they will send you IF and that’s a BIG IF they ever book a flight.
